Default GSR Manual Cluster into an Ex-Auto '96 LS

I just bought an LS with an auto to manual swap and I want to change the cluster to match. GSR cluster since they are inexpensive and up the redline but want ot make sure I purchase a compatible cluster.

My research tells me I should be looking for a 94-97 GSR cluster for my 96 teg. Is this correct for a plug and play install?

Great, does it matter if it's from a DC4 instead of a DC2?

I was told there is a difference in the top-end of the rev range on the cluster - DC2 has a higher rev limit than DC4. Is this true?

Is DC2 a coupe and DC4 a sedan?

DC's are Coupes
DB's are Sedans

DC2 has a higher tachometer range from a DC4.

get the cluster to match your motor. it looks retarded when you hit the fuel cut off 1k rpm before the redline on the tach.

Yes the DC2 has a higher rev limit then the DC4. (In terms of high how the ECU, according to trim, allows the motor to rev to).

The 94-01 GSR cluster reads as high as 9,000RPM, the 94-01 LS, RS, GS, SE cluster reads as high as 8,000RPM.

To directly answer your question, all year/trim Integra clusters are compatable plug and play.
