Default Popping noise?

I just lowered my dc2 and slammed it to about half a tire. I have zeal coilovers. Everytime i go up my driveway either my left or my right rear makes a popping noise. It sounds like the coilovers come apart then pop right back in when i make it up the driveway. Can anyone please tell me why it does that and how i can fix it? Thanks

sounds like the spring is moving around on the strut. while adding pressure (going up and down your driveway) the spring is twisting in the strut. do you have the right spring for the amount of drop you were looking for, doesn't sound like it
