Bay Area Winter Cruise and Meet **San Gregorio State Beach** ROUND 2
Link to last year's meet: https://honda-tech.com/forums/northern-california-86/bay-area-winter-cruise-meet-%2A%2Asan-gregorio-state-beach%2A%2A-2422719/
Last year was awesome! Let's make this one bigger and better!
DATE:
December 6th (Sunday) at 11ish (at first meeting point).
PLACE:
San Gregorio State Beach on Highway 1
WHAT:
Cruise together as one big caravan and chill/BBQ on the beach!
Bring $6 for San Gregorio parking and stuff to BBQ--hot dogs, buns, burgers, ketchup, mustard, chips, sodas, whatevs. Don't forget your camera!
!!!! BRING WARM CLOTHES !!!!
We will meet at the Stanford Mall parking lot at the corner of Sand Hill Rd and Vineyard.
FROM the mall parking lot:
We will take Sandhill Rd to Portola rd.
Make a right @ Portola and take it to 84 (Woodside Rd).
We will then be making a sharp left onto Woodside Rd.

^^^^^This pic was taken in the summer. In the winter it's usually totally empty!! The lot can easily park 100 cars.
This is a beautiful scenic route with lots of curves and I recommend that people take it easy. ESPECIALLY if you have never driven on 84 before. I don't want to have to cancel the meet because someone rolled their car or some BS. I am not trying to be anyone's Mom here, just saying be thoughtful with the way you drive. You know your car better than anyone else and you should know what you/your car can handle

About the food thing, if you guys want to bring food to share then you are set. Otherwise, when we meet in Palo Alto, the people that didn't bring anything can pitch in some cash for whatever we need--cups, plates, napkins, etc.
There is a Safeway pretty close to the Stanford shopping center.
What we've got:
1.SourDa - Fried Rice and Chow Mein
2.huskyl3oi - Cookies & tin Tray and a hibachi grill for sourda food
3.Basilias - Soda
4.My_EFsedan - THE FAMOUS BEEF STICKS
5.wakaranai-plates, napkins, and cutlery

wowww. I haven't been to San Gregorio since late 90's with my uncle/godfather. Is it cool if I come? I won't know if I'm able to for sure till about a week or so before but I'm definitely interested in coming.
if we have something to heat stuff up with im willing to bring either some fried rice or chow mein :D...and lots of it
I could bring my little hibachi grill. As long as the food is in those big foil containers it'll heat up nicely
yeah thats wad im thinking to so if someone is willing to purchase those tin foil containers i need about 2 of them i can bring at least depending on how many ppl is going to show up 30Lbs of rice or noodle !
