Default 1990 Honda Accord owner and question

About 3 weeks plus ago my car stopped running. The car cranks but won't turn over. I thought that it was distributor related. The wires, coil etc. work. I'm getting spark. I checked my timing belt today, all is fine and the valves are moving.

I had checked my oil, all was fine before and after the car stopped running, when I took off my valve cover to get easy access to my the spark plugs, I decided to crank the engine again, just out of curiosity, suddenly my engine oil went from translucent to a milky color. "Uh, oh." was my reply. I checked the dipstick and saw that coffee colored look. There was no denying to myself that I'm getting anti-freeze in my oil. But I'm puzzled about a couple of things, why did this just happen? All of the time that the car was running and not running, there was nothing in my oil.

Fyi, I had changed my radiator shortly before my car's issue. I'm wondering if this was something that was gradually happening and just finally exposed/surfaced? Or is it something else. My 2nd question, could this prevent my car from turning over when I crank it? I read somewhere that this can prevent the Accord from turning over unlike most cars that do ride but blow a lot of white smoke, which is true because some years ago I had a blown head gasket and that was one of the symptoms.

Last, I read that it's easier to change the gasket, that is, if this is the case in the Accord, because it doesn't require that you have to pull the engine to do it. But something is telling me that it's not going to going to be a cheap job just because of that convenient.
