Change the relay, or just take one of the bulbs out and it will hyper blink. It is illegal in most states though.

one way of getting a faster blinker is go out and buy smaller voltage bulbs for your turn signals.

Pull one of the bulbs in your corner lights out. The light wont work anymore but your blinkers will flash fast.
