Default h23 head on h22a4 block or matching?

i have a h22a4 block and im trying to decide which would be better for possible horsepower/torque attatching a h22a4 head and building it for NA or getting a h23 and doing the same.

dude u need to know what your using before you even thinkg about moding it.
