03 honda pilot transmission issues
We just recently bought an 03 honda pilot ex-l, and noticed the other day that our "D" gear indicator was flashing, it only did this after and extended period of constant driving. So we pulled over for a bit to feed our little guy and let the tranny cool off and the flashing went away. It only has come on twice and both times it was after extended usage.
Is it possible for me to pull codes from it myself? are they stored or do i have to pull it when it is throwing the code?
any ideas on what it could be or common issues?

As you probably know, a flashing D light means the PCM has sensed an abnormality in the transmission. A code should be stored and you should be able to retrieve with a scanner (or the HDS at the dealer).
awesome thanks guys, i'm going to have the code pulled by the dealer and we'll see what they say. i am thinking its something minor, just because that's the only time its shown up.
