Default Bad Clutch?

Hey i was wondering if you guys could tell me if this sounds like i have a bad clutch...i have a d16y7 with a stock clutch and it feels like every month it gets harder to push in and it doesnt grab as well as it used to. also it sometimes doesnt go into first so i have to let out the clutch then push it back in to get it to go into first. I have 160k on my motor and im pretty sure the clutch hasnt been changed unless a previous owner did it. It is my dd so please let me know what you think this is.

well first things first..
1. check clutch fluid
2. try changing tranny fluid to syncromesh
3. your motor isnt manking any power to worry about a clutch right now
4. does your throw out bearing churp?
5. if it bothers you THAT bad..and still doesnt fix it after doin some of these..change the clutch
