So I was tired of not being able to pull my car onto ramps without my lip hitting so I finally took it off. I kinda think my car almost looks better without it. Sooo, what's your opinion?

 

i like lips..but it depends what else is done to the car.

 

Personally I like the 96-98 CTR lip

I do like them. But it does depend. And a lot has to do with how low. Sometimes lips are not an option. I would have mice ripped off by now. Car is to low. But I think that if the front is really low do to a lip and the rest of the car isn't it looks retarded

Couldn't care less, and I have an OEM Civic EX lip. Tiny I know, but still it's a small clean looking one.

 

IMO lips can either set off the look of your car, or kill it. its important to match the style of you car with you lip, especially the paint scheme and wheels etc. if its done right it cant be denied that it looks sick.

 

i like lips...especially angelina jolies lips

 

My vote is no, putting something on an already low front end is very impractical, and ends up being expensive to repair, repaint or replace.

For looks, yes. For function, no. My car isnt even that low yet I've scraped the front bumper on things. Just the other day a little solo cup or something was sitting up in the road and I hit it lol I watched my friend that is lowered more and has a mugen style front lip spend so much time trying to get out of parking lots and having to throw on the hazards and idle over railroad tracks? C'mon. I mean I take caution over things like that but to idle over them and have to go sideways zig zagging the road and inclines so you dont rip off your bumper? You can keep that. I want one but dont want to smash up $150 or so.

 

im a fan of the mugen style lips! i have one on my em1, but as flewbyu352 said, its a pita to pull out of even my drive way! ive already broken 2 cf mugen style lips, but my car looks bare without one! next one i buy after this one breaks will be a oem em1 one
