okay so i have the hasport motor mounts the hydraulic one...the problem is when i floor it the motor in movin foward like more than what its supposed too..so i check the mounts they are all good but the back one is not really holding up...how can i reinforce the back mount? ive search but i havent found anything that would help because the mounts dont have no place to put inserts in them...so any sugestions would really help me out...i already broke the braket for the tranny mount because off the movement when i hit the gears in...

since it is in my ef you think i can adapt a new front motor mount?

 

Never heard of this. Mine moves a little over an inch during a 7K launch.

ohh mines move about the same..so its normal for it too move like that? i tho they where gonna be stiffer than that.....well i guess it is normal

 

either your just worrying a lil to much about the movement or maybe the rear mount isnt tight enough? I know they are a pain in the *** to install that back bolt is a pita. I have the standard hasport mounts and mine doesnt move but maybe an inch at a 5k launch....Also .... I would inspect the welds on the mounting brackets to make sure they arent busted .
