how to install aem tru time cam gear?

I need help on how to install a aem tru time cam gear for a sohc vtec?

wow, for an '06 id thought you would know better.

a quick search in the faq and i got this,

it's basically how you would start it. the tricky part is deciding if you want to loosen the 14mm(i think) bolt while the belt is on or while the belt is off (harder if it's off unless you have the right tool). and you don't have to take the belt completely off. just enough to slip the belt off the cam sprocket.
