EG hatch fog lights, are left&right the same?

hi all, so im after busting the glass on my spot light on the right hand side, i have a spare entire left hand side spot light assembley here, i know the mounting brackets are differant but are the actual light housings the same?

civic's dont have spot lights its not a truck

No, they are different, The bracket, and housing are on opposite sides.
May as well buy a kit for $65-$80 bucks, if you dont mind if it is not OEM
