will fd2 type r seats fit ep3 type r??

Hi there does anyone know if this is a staight forward swap or is there allterations required??

I believe you still have to drill out the one hole to get them to fit..just like the rsx leathers

you have to drill the holes but i think you can get pre cut drill sizes.
