How and who is tuning it? Stock motors motors will hold boost but it depending on conditions and how the tune up is.

A given amount of boost equals different amounts of power on different turbos. Don't judge "how much" by psi, but by whp. And just to make sure you know...you can't just slap it on without a tune!

Very true, you can't go by how much boost it can hold, but by how much power it will hold. There are other variables that must be taken into consideration as well, such as type of fuel, purpose of the car and so on. But to help you out on the question, I have seen 400whp+ on a stock motor on 100 octane fuel.

H22 motors have pistons with weak ring lands. They tend to snap ring lands with more than 8 psi on ur avg old school T3/Tt4 setup... Something like a greddy kit is safe but the bigger the turbo and the more boost you add, ring lands will let go.... Hope that is helpful...

hahaha. Wow. Sorry for sharing useful information. My point was that the sleeves are less likely to crack on an h22a1 (92-96) vs a bseries.
