My car is off the TDC mark about 1 cm, could this be why she's hesistating?

 

What are you saying? what is one cm off? the cam gears or what?

Or do you mean when both cam gears are line up properly the TDC mark is off 1cm? If so then yes, your car should be running crappy, and you need to adjust the cam gears. This is for a stock car of course...

 

Yeah cam gears are lined up but the TDC mark is off 1cm.
