some lucky souls can get oem honda mtf to do the job but i don't know of any race teams that use it including the ones ive worked for.
as a note the syncromax and mesh fluids may require a more frequent change interval. typical between 12-14k depending on use.
its been discussed a million times, you need to please search next time, click search button, type in query, click sort by relevancy, and reap the benefits of people not becoming mad at you. it helps everyone and helps clear up the clutter. it also helps the site operate at optimal speed. thanks for using honda-tech, and have a nice day, this thread will be locked momentarily.

I am using Penzoil synchromesh mixed with about 1/4 of a quart of Honda MTF. Synchromesh alone can be a little slippery the 1/4 of a quart of MTH makes the synchromesh a little thicker.
