Default Suspension bushings

I'm thinking of swapping all suspension bushing this winter in my circle track car.
What I'm wondering is if any one has any tips that will make it ez or quicker.
Ive read that a complete set is worth around 250 US is any set better then another ( urethane )
thanks

Just get Energy Suspension's complete bushing kit. I run them in my circle track car and they work great. To make it quick and easy just use your torch and burn them out, simple as pie.

Quick question as to not start a new thread for a simple question, but how is the daily ride vs the benefit this causes by stiffening the suspension? I'm not too concerned with ride quality but I don't want my dd to shake so bad that it causes migraines to my passengers as not everyone I know as the same love for performance as I do.
