MOTOR SOUNDING BAD? VIDEO
hey so this just started happening tonight, when i brake it vibrates when i completely stop for like 1second its a weird quick pulse.
i discovered i had no oil so i quickly filled it up, my motor sounds like there is something wrong i made a video so you can hear it, i suggest turning what ever you have down and turn this up, would prolly help if u use headphones...
i recently changed my Valve cover if that helps find the problem in anyway
PLEASE LISTEN AND PLEASE HELP ME DIAGNOSE MY CAR'S PROBLEM! THANKS!!

From what I can hear, I can hear the belt and the clackety clackety from the valves/cams. If you are referring to that clackety sound it means you to adjust your valves. I have the same problem. Happened after my rebuild. We knew we had to adjust them again but we were lazy so it is on the todo list.
In the video with that little bit of valve chatter it almost sounds like a bee. If you adjusted your valves to where they didnt chatter it may be a little be easier to pinpoint where the sound is comeing from in the video, but from what i can hear it sounds like the timeing belt rubbing against something.
It still sounds very healthy. The valve clearance just needs to be adjusted to spec. Shouldn't take any longer than 2hr if you take your time.
Pay attention to the timing belt on the car while you're at it. See if TDC is aligned with the camgears properly. That's another factor that causes engines to tick.
No matter what happens, DO NOT CRANK THE ENGINE BACKWARDS--CLOCKWISE. This can be your worst nightmare as the belt will skip a tooth and you'll have to redo the whole timing belt.

uuuu kinda sounds like what my DA sounds now. I know is different engine but i found out that i had headers with missing screws and that made a sound similar to the chocking air blowing noise that i here on your video. Check if you have all your SCREWS Tight(Headers), and there is no cracks on the headers as well. For the ticking i think is a valve adjustment like for sure.Good luck.
