I am currently installing a new fuel pump into my accord rite now. the only problem i cannot get the pump to sit down properly onto the fuel tank, it only seems to angle in and not sit level. is there any special trick to this?

 

Sounds dumb but are you sure you got the right part number? Did you compare this one to the old one?
