Icon3 honda prelude bb1 problems

hey there fellow honda fans
i got a 1994 honda prelude vtir with the h22a.

i was wondering if you could help me with a problem. my car keeps heating up for some reason, the coolant is topped up to the correct levels, there is water in the radiator, no leaks found when i did the cooling system test and no water goes to the oil meaning the head isnt fkd nor is the waterpump.

however i have a suspicion it is due to my cooling fan. the fan normally starts when it is on normal am i right ? however this wont, when it fully heats up then it is STILL not going until i turn off the engine. with the engine off and the key out, the radiator fan starts to run, but as soon as i turn on the ignition, the fan stops.

i have noticed this the first day i got it (2 days ago) and have not yet found out the problem. i was hoping if there was a way that someone can link me a wiring diagram of this.

thank you and i appreciate it alot if you could help

Thermostat is most likely bad. A good way to check whether the fans are working is to just turn on the a/c, it should make both come on.
