Also, does it come with the throttle body? If it's a Euro R one it's 62mm, while the others are 60mm

Looks like H series fuel injectors, not the oem Euro-R ones. I've also had a few of the oem Euro-R tb's pass through my hands, never before seen that contraption hanging off of it to the left in that pic haha, looks like its just for cruise control though.

 

^I was wondering what that was for as well. I just assumed it was the contraption for the cc on the Accords.
