Alright so here is the issue, hopefully someone can give some advice on how to fix it.

The car idles fine at a stop, there is no issue there, But when I am driving and put it into neutral the tac dips real low and once in awhile shuts the car off. In other words after the throttle is released the tac drops real low to a stalling point. Need help with this problem, seems like it should be relatively easy to fix.
