mugen question

hey guys i got a quick question. what the different between Mugen MF10 and MF10L? does both worth the same? kinda confuse with the 2.

mf10l only came in 4x100 15"

mf10 only came in 5x114 15, 16, 17"

depending on condition the mf10 can be worth 2k and up and the mf10 i have seen from as low as 1500 to 2200 depending on condition
