what is the proper way to get the injector plugs off without breaking them i am pulling my blown zc out tomarow and puting my new one in also to whats the best thing to do before starting a motor thats been sitin for 3 years obviously change the oil and plugs and all things posible

 

??? Just pull the wire retaining clips outwards and pull the plug straight off...
