Default Need some help, 2000 Accord

I'm buying a 2000 Accord from a buddy, it has 140,000 on it.
It runs fine minus a couple weird things. Last week it threw a CEL, I haven't had a chance to jump it and see which code it is but I know it went into limp mode. He figured it was due to low oil so he added oil and the problem went away. Also, the main issue is, every once in a great while when it's extremely hot outside, the car won't start. After a few minutes it'll start. He thinks its a relay for the fuel pump. Anyone else have this problem?

Also, I'm guessing it's an EX because it has a moonroof and 4-wheel disc. Am I right?

Sorry for the noob question but I've owned an EK and currently an S2000 so Accords are pretty new to me.

I'm going to answer the "not starting question" before I hear, Search N00b!

I checked the FAQ's and the main relay seems to be the problem.

Accords have had a bad rep for doing that. The location for the main relay is a horrible one. The heat from the engine and weather tend to mess up the main relay wiring

Weird...I've been around Honda's for over 10 years now and have never heard of this relay issue. Guess I've been lucky so far
