looks good. im working on a s13 with a sr now lol. not enough good parts out there for these engines. Are you going to try and market that manifold?

 

The manifold is already available. There's plenty of parts for the SR20.

Now I could be wrong on this, but I thought that the machined runner design was under patent by Steed Speed?

I am not affiliated in anyway with steed speed, in fact, I had very similar idea a year or so ago and took it to a local machine shop, they said they couldn't build my idea because of this patent.

The runners take about 12 minutes each side

In the eyes of the patent they are. After my idea was turned down I took some time to read the patent which clearly states that the "idea" is two machined halves when welded or fastened together form a passage way.

Sounds the same to me, and I am sure to the patent holder, and probably a judge as well. I personally just let the idea go, but my advice is to tread lightly.

 

Seriously? People have been machining halves and welding them together for stuff like this for years.
