Buddy club spec II on SOHC ?
Hi, I have a '97 Civic cx with a d15b Vtec swap and a custom catback. I am looking for a new one 'cause I hate the sound of it. I love the BC spec II but I heared that it as a sh!ty sound on a sohc engine because of the lack of backpressure
Maybe I should put the ''silencer'' .. idk
So what do you guys think ? Anyone have one here ?
Thanks

What kind of exhaust note are you looking for? The Buddy Club Spec II is a very aggressive system, its a straight through system and usually recommended for competition use only.

That's what I like of it, sounds like an Honda race car @ WOT, what I don't know is what it look like when you drive normaly, even if it's loud, will it still make a nice sound or not ?
Only get the spec II if you realy want to make some noise they are very loud.
I know someone with a single with it and it sounds ok to me.
And you may get pulled over a lot for it.

Do he have the ''silencer'' on it ? And yeah I know that I might get pulled over, but I don't realy rev over 4k when I'm not entering highways or on the track, so it's not so bad.
