I'm NOT trying to be a jackass but your question is very vague..

its like saying "hey guys I drive an Acura (brand... like Clifford...)
w/ a Key w/ the Immobilizer (key.. like you stated you have a Carbon fiber remote).. and many acuras have an Acura Key w/ an Immobilizer chip.... just like many Cliffords come w/ the Carbon fiber look remote (AG, Concept, Intelliguard IQ, etc)....

tell us what alarm model (eg.. Concept 60, Intelliguard 7000, AG4, Solaris, etc... whatever u have.. ) and maybe we can give you a more detailed/application specific response..

anyway not sure if yours is like mine.. on mine you have to press the shift button (on the side) then whatever button for whichever sensor..

remotely adjust sensitivity of the Proximity Sensors interior zone:
press shift button 2 times and press button 3...

to remotely adjust sensitivity for the proximity sensors outer zone:
press shift button 2 times then press button 4...

to remotely adjust sensitivity for the shock/impact sensors primary zone:
press shift key 3 times and press button 3...

to remotely adjust sensitivity for the shock/impact sensors warn away zone:
press shift key 3 times and press button 1...

after you entered/selected which sensor you want to adjust.. press button 2 if you want to INCREASE sensitivity.. or press button 4 to descrease sensitivity.. each time you press either increase or decrease the siren tone will get higher pitch if you increase.. or make a lower pitch tone if you decrease... test the zone and if you are satisfied w/ the setting.. then press button 1 (the big button you use to arm/disarm) and it will record the new setting and chirp 3 times to tell you it exited program/adjust mode... if you want to adjust other zones.. just repeat the steps to enter/select the sensor and adjust....

the numbers for the buttons go clockwise.. so the large (ch 1) that you use for arm and disarm is button 1... and going clockwise.. the smaller one that sits at like 3 o'clock position is button 2... the smaller button that sits at like 6 o'clock position is button 3.. and the smaller button that sits at like 9 o'clock position is button 4 and so forth... the small button on the side is your "shift" key .. used to shift/up channels...

you can go to http://www.clifford.com and click on "GUIDES" then "OWNERS GUIDES" and select your alarm model and look at the instructions...

HTH...
