aight this is the deal,i have an h series motor i just put about a month ago and it rides great til i pass about 3300 rpms, i changed the spark plugs and wires,changed the ignitor chip and coil, and tried 2 different ecu's to see the problem but it still does the same

prior to changin the ignitor chip and coil, at one put it was perfectly fine but about 2 days ago it started 2 do the same so idk if i should get a new ignitor chip and coil or if its something else.....one ecu was single cam vtec and the other was chipped on chrome.
