i have a 91 gs integra everything with the motor is bone stock, but sometimes when im picking up speed going down the road the car will cut out real bad and sort of sounds like its hitting 2 step. but if i let off the gas and hit it again its fine. and it also hesitates when its picking up speed until 3900 but after that its fine but when the motor is cold its fine doesnt cut out any. i put new plugs, wires, rotor button, dist cap. i know my mfr acted up during the summer but could that be the problem maybe?
