Naww i never bake em.. i cure it in room temp. for a weak and its good then once installed it bakes then! in the engine bay for about a day or two of daily driving, i say after a few days the paint smell goes away but it comes out nice everytime this i think is the 8th v.c iv done all rattle can duplicolor high gloss paint untill i get a spray gun lol, with a first layer of high temp primor then a layer of high temp paint then color of choice folowed by clear then i tape and hand sand the letters the spark plug and gromits are pluged with spare gromits and spark plug caps. i have a verry detailed cleaning and preping job done to the head before painted. it must be bare aluminum to come out nice!
Heres one i did a while back got it for $20 bucks!!!! and resurected her lol! I believe it could be a jdmitr or ctr cover!
