fab the ring out of hard plastic, go to the hardware store for the bolts...
or order a new one, and say they were missing and have them send you another set of hardware

i just don't have the specifications for the ring, especially because its got a lip which holds the button in place. the bolts are cheap from momo, like$4 but figured maybe someone would have left over pieces. thanks for the heads up though.
