Default wiring/dizzy issues

I've got an '89 CRX Si with a obd0 to obd1 jumper harness (DIY special) PR4 ecu. The car now has in it a b18b1.

first thing is the car has not been started(due to this problem) and the distributor is HOT, with the dizzy being plugged in i checked to see which wires were getting power through them and the only one that had power running through it was the Ign. Output(black w/yellow strip)

now with the dizzy cap off i checked to see what was getting power also and two wires next to the coil pack i believe was getting power.(not sure if only one is suppose to be getting power.)

the motor will turn but will not start.(obviously)

if anyone can help me WITHOUT giving me a hard time i really appriciate it.

i'm not sure if i'm lacking information but just let me know please.

-Terrance

okay with your jumper harness did you get the plugs for your dizzy or did you just cut them? to switch your round plugs for the squared ones

if you got the plugs with your jumper harness you should be okay
it could be that you just have a bad dizzy
if you have any friends with the same set up as you
you could try useing there dizzy to see if that helps

i looked up the wiring colors for the obd0 Si harness and the obd1 LS harness and all the colors matched so all i did was switched the plugs...

try switching the white wire with the other white one that causes the dizzy not to give spark
