Default Can you put a B-series Pressure Plate on a D-series engine

Hey guys, changed out some B series clutch parts from my R and I have bully stage 4 pressure plate sitting around that i wanna throw in my new daily, its a 1998 Civic SI.

Also would the B-Series Clutch disk work or are the splines on the D-Series transmission Different?

First time playing with a D-series soooo just trying to see what could work.

Any useful Input would be great. Thanks
