Default ef sedan drumped spring rate question

alright before anyone starts, i've decided on illumina's with GC and custom extended top hats.

ok well i've read about the different rates and im getting confused. i heard you have to take into consideration the tire size you run. so long story short this is what im running and what im going for.

-primarily stock ef sedan, no heavy dohc under the hood
-195/50/15's
-staying dropped very low (yea yea i know i wont have THAT great of a ride)
-100miles freeway driving every week day for work.

so as you can see im mostly on the freeway which is (sometimes) pretty smooth and straight. i just want to be able to have a "good" ride, nothing spectacular but then again i dont wanna be hitting my head on the roof liner.

so what should i be looking at for spring rates? OTS GC's or should i call ahead and have custom rates? extra charge for that?

i like the GC's cuz they seem to have infinate dropping capabilities...i know they really dont but you know what i mean.

the illuminas have good reviews, even ******* Tyson prefers them over the OVERLY hyped yellows.
