Ok... So my girlfriend has a 2002 Honda Accord SE E-Tech 2.3 4cyl. She has it at the garage for a motor replacement. They tech has had the car for almost two weeks now and he has the motor in the car. It will start up but will not accept any throttle. It just stalls. The CE light reads a A/F sensor. I thought possibly a fuel filter or the tech mixed up the map sensor and throttle body connectors because they are the same plug type.

Can you guys think of any other suggestions?

I'm thinking swapped sensor connector as well. the vehicle gave no indication of a fuel delivery problem before, did it?
Besides, the fuel filter (as it is) is mounted in the fuel cell, and is not considered normal maintenance.

No issues before. The car was 235k miles and got a bent valve. I found a cheap motor with 83k miles for 350$. So I went that route instead of just replacing the head. But besides that the car ran flawlessly.

Have him re-confirm the correctors. He may well have swapped the Throttle Position Sensor and some other component.
