Does NOT include engine, headers, exhaust, and seats front and back. For additional $1000 i will give you plates for the car and registration but you will have to deal with the guy who is registering the car(LONG STORY). If you don't know how to get the WA title then my idea of purchasing this shell is out of the door.

I have the money/ chedda/ paper/ green to get this but if you can't even prepare the sell then it is not worth my efforts.
