Default just opinions

ok so right now i have an 05 gsxr1000 that im about to sale. the question is about my next buy. Either a 92-2000 coupe OR hatch with a gsr swap, an older audi a4 1.8 turbo (like a 97-01) or should i just dump all the money into my current daily driver (95 civic ex). Any and all opinions are welcome but please save the flaming for another thread. thanks

Unless you can afford to be without your car for the amount of time to do your own swap i would go with a inexpensive decent condition civic and do a swap on that one.

its really hard for me to say because i am not you, but what i would do is if you have the space get another car instead of worrying about not having a car to get around in. be working on one while DD'n the other.

I would keep your gsxr since it's the only 1000cc bike I've ever heard of with more than 200whp without being a WSBK.

Sell the bike... After thats done... These are your options

1. Turbo a stock block GSR and drop it in...

2. Build an LS or B20 turbo and drop it in...

3. Go K20 with bolt-ons

Thats what i would do... I wouldnt waste the money dealing with a whole nother chassis cuz then you gotta deal with the misc problems as well... Being that you already have a coupe and its prolly well taken cared of it just makes the most sense put something in that... Also cost effective since you wont end up having to reg. two cars down the road...

And last but not least keep your Z6... If something goes wrong with those boosted motors you can always put back in the Z6 and have your car readily available...
