Default OEM Integra Cd Player Question

God I hate to even ask this, but I couldn't find anything with search... Could have just searched wrong LOL...

Is the slot for the stereo the same on all of the 93-01 Integra's?

I have a 98 shell that I'm rebuilding and a friend has a 95 LS deck. I just want to make sure it will fit before I get it from him.

Thanks all

The space for the stereo unit is the same for all 94-01 Acura Integra's. It should fit.

Correct. Standard sized opening. Single DIN.

Some of those cd players are separate from the main unit though (the ones I think from 94 and 95) These require 2DIN, one for the radio/tape player part and one for the cd player unit. If it is in fact the cd/radio combo it only needs one DIN. The extra DIN is taken up by a pocket.

If anything, you can use duct tape and neatly attach the pocket to your CD or tape deck, then install in as one whole piece. You'll use a lot of duct tape but it actualy works. It's what I've done in my ITR.

Awesome... It's just a tape deck with a pocket... in good shape. Kinda thinking about just putting in a delete plate though. Not sure how bad I would want audio in it.

TY All for the help! I really appreciate it!
