FS/FT 1989 Honda Crx Si W/ b16a swap.

Alright guys, I am selling 1989 Honda CRX Si. This car is very nice and really fun to drive. This is one of my daily drivers so this car gets drove about everyday of the week. It’s been a super reliable car for me. The car has been repainted and has a motor swap. This car is definitely a head turner. I get compliments almost everywhere I go, on the car. This car is well maintained and very well taken care of! The only reason Im selling it is that I have 4 cars! and I don't need that many. Here is a list of upgrades of car inside and out.
Engine:
Jdm b16a engine swap (has approximately 60-65K on it)
Aem Cold air intake
ACT stage 3 clutch
ACT 10lb flywheel
Short shifter (have stock one if would like it)
Full Skunk2 N1 catback exhaust
Push button start
Brand new distributor(10/09)
Exterior:
Has a Mugen style replica body kit
Sir front turn signals(custom cut into bumper)
Titanium silver paint (done this year)
99-00 civic SI wheels with almost brand new tires
HID headlights(10k)
Clear taillights (have OEM ones if would like those)
Interior:
Interior is basically stock
New steering wheel (will include OEM one with car)
Alpine head unit
Pioneer speakers(all around)
Rear sway bar

Flaws
Even though it’s not pictured the back cargo stuff is included with car
I also have a b16 header that I will throw in with car (car has stock header)
Will throw in any other things I have for car or have taken off.
The Bad.
There aren’t very many things wrong with this car but every car has its flaws in my opinion
Driver side door does not have a panel. Been trying to get one (if I do get one before car is sold will go with the car)
There are three flaws on the paint. Each door had a scratch/nick on it. This is from the door caps hitting side skirts when door is opened to far. And there is also a small crack in front left of bumper. (Think someone may have bumped me in a parking lot)
Both seats have tears on side (happens to almost every CRX I’ve ever seen.)
Climate control is cracked but still works (another thing that happens to almost all)
I will include things I have for the car that aren't on it! I have a header that will go with and any stock stuff that came off car!
Price is $4,500. OBO!
I would be willing to take some things off the car to lower the price if you would like.
Ex. Headlights, wheels (bring your own), ect
Also willing to consider trades. If something newer and almost all stock (would sell my other car)

trade for a completely stock fresh clean 98 ek hatch back...its black very fresh paint no rust no dents or dings...5spd
only mods at all are brand new d2 suspension 300 miles new...and brand new factory honda of japan 15" polished 5 stars..and a si cluster with 60,000 miles on it..other than that and a new sony head unit/ipod player it is completely stock...only has 103 000 miles on the car...runs perfect i drive it every day...
