Default Project rebuild Vtec prelude

I have a 93 Vtec that reciently had an accident with . It killed the front end and now I am looking for a car that I can put my engine and options on. My question is do I need to find the exact car with the same H22A1 engine to make the swap? Or.... what other 4th gen cars can I make a smooth transition n with (i.e 4th gen with a H23A1 or a H22A or H22A2). I don't want to deal with changing ECM, wire harness, trans, etc.

The swap will be easy with any 4th gen prelude.

Have you done this before? What about the ecm, wire harness, etc? What does a swap cost?

you can just simply find another 4th Gen and drop the motor in. If you use the SEARCH function, you should find several threads. You can also check out prelude power.com and preludeonline.com

I'd say 4th Gen would be easier to deal with.
