okay so they have h3 55w halogen bulbs kinda want it more brighter and yellow, but dunno if i install another higher watt bulb will it blow fuses or will it not work?
And low beams i dont know what they are but they dont seem to light much for me and sometimes i have to run my high beams at times to drive, dont want to go HID because cant really afford it right now but can i just put in a higher watt bulb or something?

For Halogen bulbs just buy a yllow tinted bulb.

You don't have the heat ranges to determine color as in HID systems.
