Hello there, i have recently become the proud owner of an accord :]

I bought what i believe is a 1997 honda accord si-r (pink slip says 1997 accord)
it has a f22b1 engine, si-r emblem on the back
i don't know much about cars yet, still in the learning process
i'm not sure if it is one though, can anyone help me?
i will post pictures if they're needed

 

it could be, but pictures would be very helpful. take some of the front, back, engine, and interior. also specs of the car such as for the motor, the type it is, etc...

the SiR's came with H22s for the H23 DOHC VTEC i do believe. someone correct me if im wrong.

 

The B1 engine came in the EX version for 1997 in the US.
Is this a EDM (Canadian or UK) vehicle?

Sorry, I might be thinking of the EDM Accord Type-R which was the equivilent of an Acura TSX with an H22.

Sorry to say, bit it's just an EX with a Si-R Badge The Si-R's did come with H-Series, as previously stated by others members.
