Default 92 LX Auto F22A RPM troubles

Hi guys, been searching long and hard for a couple weeks and turned up empty so I thought why not try u guys out. For about a year now when its warmed up and ill come to a stop in gear and the rpm's would dip to about 700-800. I wasn't worried about it in the beginning but it has gotten worse. To the point where if I have to slow down in a hurry the rpms have dropped to 500 and the car has almost stalled.

Ive cleaned out the IAC as most forums have suggested. I also checked my plugs (which actually cyl 2 plug + wire was coated in oir, so i changed Valve cover and sparkplug gaskets) and replaced the wires and nothing.

This isn't the weirdest part.. 2-3 weeks ago the rpm dipping started to occur when Ive been driving. Not when Im accelerating but when I coast, or de-accelerate. It's gone from a rare occasion to at least 10-15 times per a 20 min drive to work. Even the slightest pressure on the gas pedal prevents this from happening.

Any opinions or help is greatfully appreciated

I did the gaskets about a week ago, they were done when the 2nd problem was already occuring, just to eliminate it as a suspect

Could be a couple things. First, make sure your sensors are all plugged in, then check for cracks in your vacuum lines. Is your CEL on?

IAC would explain the bad idle but the random drop in rpms is what scares me... Ive had the check engine light on since ive inherited the car. I took off the side panel and went to check the code and it was already jumped... So i took out the piece that it was jumping and now no CEL. Ive been driving for a week and it hasnt come back on

I know a while back the TPS went a little haywire and it started to shift badly but it hasn't acted up since
