I have a 1990 Honda Accord, 46000 miles, is in great shape and runs well. In extreme temperatures, I have a difficult time trying to start the car. New distributor, new fuel filter, tune up is recent. If I have driven the car or not, when it is 90 degrees or above the car is difficult to start. IDEAS??

Main Relay.

This is a VERY common problem when you've got a High Ambient Tempurature starting complaint. Honda had a batch with lousy soldering joints which &^%* themselves whenever it got really hot out.

It's located up under the dash by the drivers left foot / forward of the compartment fuse box.
You should be able to scare up additional info in the FAQ thread at the beginning of this sub-forum.
