Default paint & body

i got two minor dents on my car one is on the front right fender as if someone backed into the car it has a slight crack from the impact but i know i can remove the inner tire well splash guard and pop the dent back out question is for paint is there something i can buy to match the paint would a simular color spray pay do damage to the rest of the paint or should i look into having the part repainted its a thin keying sized mark the other mark is like someone headbutted the drivers side rear door whats the easiest way to pull these dents to these area and paint if needed.

also i have one or two minor flaking areas on the car where the color of the paint is white flakes is there anything i can use to restore the paint or should this area be sanded, buffed or waxed?

That flaking is f'd up clear coat. Other than sanding it and repainting you can't do much to it.

There is a company (forgot the name) that sells spray cans of OEM paint colors, you just tell them the code and they mix it up for you. They're surprisingly a good match - a local place may be able to do it for you.
