Default 98 LS Auto to 5spd Won't Turn Over!

Alright, I've tryed everything I can think of so now I'm here. Have a Auto 98 Integra LS which is now swapped to 5spd. I've done everything both of the stickies for Integra auto/5spd swap recommend and I'm still stumped.

I've tryed the following.

Using factory auto ECU I get several auto trans codes ( duh its not there ) but I turn the key forward and nothing. I try to jump the starter, nothing.

Using OBD2 to OBD1 Jumper harness with a Manual P75 ECU, still get tranny codes (don't know how) I jumped the 14 pin connector that goes to the shifter still won't turn over with the key. I also tryed to jump the starter with no luck.

Now there is a medium sized "control box" as you may that when you unplug the auto CEL's quit flashing, but the same, still won't turn over with the key, nor will the starter jump. ( Tryed this method with both OEM auto ECU and manual P75. )

The only thing I can think of is that it is possibly just a bad starter/starter solenoid, I did swap the starter solenoid from my auto trans and still had no positive result.

I'm really stumped on this one and its getting old if anyone has any advice or tips for me to try I'm open for any and all ideas. Thanks in advance.

Kyle
