i have been building this car for like 2 years and have had nothing but bad luck with everything from the exhaust wheel braking off the turbo. lifting the head. boost leaks. braking trannys. the list goes on. lol well i got it all worked out and took it to the track today. first pass i didnt get a slip for cause i tripped the beams. car made 702 yesterday. i need to put more boost in it down low cause the mph is very low in the 1/8. but im playing with the NLR and just taking small steps for now. last time i was in a fast car was back in 05. lol

here is a little video a buddy took with his dig cam gives you a idea.

83mm benson sleeved block.
cp pistons/ eagle rods
stock port gsr head
ferrea springs and retainers 1mm over sized valves
skunk2 pro1 cams
full race twin scroll
borg warner s366xl. out of breath about 30 psi with these cams
made 702 @ 31 psi
stock gsr trans with hand cuff and qwaife
comp clutch twin disc
dss axles
nlr ams 1000
hondata s300 tuned by jason hunt

yeah your car is gaining almost 40mph from the 1/8 to the 1/4. Your spinning a crapload through the first couple gears. Just the way my car was. Except i had a slipping clutch that didnt help up top either, haha.
Great runs though and the mph is definetly up there for a 9 second pass if you can get some better traction.

i would have to look at the sheet we wrote all that stuff on. the turbo is out of breath trust me. you put more boost at it and it does nothing. only thing i could try to do is play with the cam gears. im putting a 372r on it over the winter
