im setting the ign timing on a b18c1. but it has no timing belt covers. do i line up the timing marks looking straight down the timing belt or do i set them with the tdc mark on the block?

can anyone take a look at their timing belt cover and see where the arrow is?

 

There is a mark/line on the oil pump. Look for it. It should line up with your pully/gear on the crank.
