what would cause oil inside intake manifold

Well i have a jdm h22a .. Got it from HMO abt a year ago it runs great and compression is great... well i took off my intake manifold the top part because i wanted to remove the iab plate.. Well what i noticed was pools of oil in each port ... I do have a new PCV valve so it shouldnt be that but possibly? what else could be causing this oil in my intake it just doesnt seem right to me ?

you have too much blow by your gonna need to put new rings on those pistons.

yeah how would it get into the intake like that? The motor is strong as hell .. compression is great all the way across even a leak down showed good numbers... it doesnt even smoke ...
